What to Expect at Your Urgent Care Visit?
Just like in an emergency, your visit begins with a warm welcome and a check-in with our experienced triage nurse. We’ll ask questions about your pet’s condition, do a brief exam, and determine the level of care needed.
While urgent care patients may not need immediate intervention, they still receive expert attention, thoughtful treatment, and ongoing communication from our team. If your pet’s condition turns out to be more serious, we’ll escalate care immediately, keeping you informed every step of the way.
Courtesy Drop-Off Exams
Need to step away? We understand.
If wait times are long, please ask us about a courtesy drop-off exam. This allows your pet to stay with us so we can begin care as soon as we’re able, while giving you the flexibility to take a break or step away.
We know your time is valuable, and waiting can be stressful. Our team is here to support you through it. While we prioritize each patient based on their medical needs, we never lose sight of the caregivers who love them.
