Cassy Jones

ER Technician Supervisor

An Orange County original, now living in Lake Elsinore, she spends her time driving, jamming to tunes, and taking care of her 2 boys (Dogs) Timmy, a Pitbull/Doberman Mix, and her rescue Tommy, a Blue heeler mix, that came to her with a fractured skull from a homeless man. Still, after 11 years in the field, her goal remains the same... to live out her early dreams of spending her life taking care of animals in need.

Emergency Technician

Lily is an RVT that has been in the Veterinary field for over 10 years. 6 of those years have been in the Emergency Department. Lily was a Veterinary Assistant before pursuing her Veterinary Technology degree, and graduated in March 2019. Although most of her experience has been with dogs and cats, she has enjoyed working with exotics such as reptiles, birds and even marine aquatic animals! At home, she enjoys being with her 3 Huskies, a Chihuahua, a Shih-Tzu, 2 cats, a Russian Tortoise and her beloved Bearded Dragon.

McKenzie Swift-Ramirez

ER/Surgery Tech Assistant

McKenzie has always had a deep love for animals, which inspired her to pursue a career in veterinary medicine. With 3 and a half years of experience in the field, she has been a dedicated team member at Healing Hearts Emergency Animal Hospital since September 2022. Her journey began on a dairy farm, where she gained a hands-on understanding of animal care and developed a passion for supporting the well-being of all creatures. Currently, McKenzie is furthering her education to earn her Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT) license, with the goal of providing the best possible care to animals in need. She is committed to being a voice for those who can’t speak for themselves and is dedicated to making a positive difference in the lives of both pets and their families.
